Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Muse Video (the "Service"), operated at muse-video.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

Muse Video is an AI video studio that generates short cinematic clips with synchronized native audio from text prompts (and, optionally, an uploaded image). Generation requires an account and consumes credits. Features, models, limits, and pricing may change as the Service evolves.

Accounts

You need an account to generate videos. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Credits, Billing, and Refunds

The Service runs on credits. You receive free starter credits on sign-up and can purchase Starter, Pro, or Studio credit packs. Payments are processed by Stripe; you are responsible for accurate billing information and for the applicable checkout terms. Credits are consumed when a generation succeeds; failed generations do not consume credits. Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits remain on your account subject to any published expiration terms.

Your Prompts and Content

You are responsible for the prompts, text, and images you submit. You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit that content and to generate videos from it. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display your content in order to operate the Service and deliver your results.

Ownership and Commercial Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you own the videos you generate and may use them for personal and commercial purposes, including ads, social posts, and client work. You are solely responsible for how you use generated videos and for ensuring that your prompts and outputs do not infringe the rights of others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violent.
• Depicts real, identifiable people without consent, or creates deceptive impersonations or misleading "deepfakes".
• Sexualizes minors or is otherwise sexually exploitative.
• Facilitates fraud, deception, or illegal activity.

You also agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the credit, rate-limit, security, or usage controls of the Service.

Outputs and Quality

AI-generated results can be imperfect and may not always match your prompt. The technology is still improving in areas such as audio-video sync and fast-motion physics. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, unique, or fit for any particular purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Service, its interface, branding, and software are owned by the operator of Muse Video or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights in our trademarks or software beyond using the Service as intended.

No Affiliation With Meta

Muse Video is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Meta or Meta Superintelligence Labs. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the Service, or fail to pay amounts owed. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muse Video and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, your prompts, or generated outputs.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service, our providers, or legal requirements change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
