• Prompts and generated content — the text prompts and any images you submit, the videos generated from them, generation timestamps, task IDs, and processing status.
• Payment and billing data — plan, credit balance, order and invoice history, and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, credits consumed, and generation history.
• Device and technical data — browser and device type, IP-derived security signals, logs, errors, and performance metrics.
• Support content — the messages, screenshots, and attachments you send when you contact us.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service, render your videos, process payments and manage credits and subscriptions, maintain security and prevent abuse, respond to support requests, improve reliability and quality, and comply with legal obligations.

Prompts, Videos, and AI Processing

To generate a video, your prompt (and any uploaded image) is sent to our third-party AI model provider that performs the rendering, together with synchronized native audio. We use this content to produce and return your result and to operate the Service. We do not sell your prompts or generated videos.

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with service providers that help us operate — including hosting/infrastructure, our AI model provider, Stripe for payments, authentication, email, analytics, and support tools — and where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Service.

Data Retention

We retain account, billing, usage, prompt, generated-video, and support records for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Security

We use common safeguards including authenticated routes, role-based access control, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and encrypted storage for sensitive configuration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data.

Your Rights and Choices
